Food is essential for the health and survival of the human body. we need food to grow, reproduce and maintain good health. with food, our body can not stay warm, build or repair tissue or maintain anybody process. eating the right foods helps to avoid certain diseases or recover faster when illness occurs.
The food we consume should be safe, hygienic and stale food are the main source of spreading communicable diseases. Each year many people die in developing countries like Nepal from malnutrition, imbalanced diet consumed in improper ratio.
Therefore, we must make it a habit to eat safe and balanced diet all the time to stay free from many communicable diseases.
